Today was a Korean national holiday so we didn't have any school. Flags decorated the streets and were hung from nearly every apartment balcony. Despite the holiday, I found myself at school anyway making my lesson plans and curriculum books for the new month.
On the way home I stopped by a local take-out pizza eatery, Pizza School. The sell their pizzas for a mere 5,000 Won and they only take 10 minutes to prepare.
I opted for the roasted meat pizza. Three different types of meat, mushrooms, onions and...what's that? Sweet corn? Yes, sweet corn. At least they didn't try and put sweet potato paste on it. It was served with the traditional side of pickles (something to do with soaking up the grease and aiding with digestion).

OH YUK!!!! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EAT TOO MUCH OF THOSE PIZZAS! PURGING YOU MIGHT TAKE ALL OF SHERIDAN TO ACCOMPLISH!
