Winter Footwear

One of the interesting exhibits at the museum I visited on Saturday was of the footwear worn by Koreans throughout the centuries. I thought the skis were interesting.
Rain shoes. Who new shoes on a platform had a purpose.
Snow shoes. Are they meant to carry my 180 pounds? Or more likely a 95 lb. Korean.
Whatever the footwear, the costumes kick butt!
