Friday was Groundhog Day back in the States. Thank goodness it wasn't like the movie. As much as I like teaching, I wouldn't want to relive any day of teaching.
The adorable rodent was roused from his slumber on Gobbler's Knob and didn't see his shadow. That means it'll be an early spring.
I have a hunch that Punxsutawney Phil might have predicted the Korean spring coming early. Yesterday and today were absolutely beautiful. It easily got up to 4 or 5 degrees Celsius (40 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit). There was a little wind and a few threatening rain clouds but then the sun shone through and made for a great weekend to sight see and enjoy Korea.
